Win brings deep product and technology expertise to Reloops, leading the platform’s development from concept to execution. Through building digital solutions across multiple industries, he recognised a major inefficiency in the property market where critical inspection data was siloed, duplicated, and repeatedly paid for by different buyers. That inefficiency became the foundation for Reloops - a smarter, technology-driven way to make inspection reports reusable, secure, and accessible.
Combining technical precision with a strong founder mindset, Win focuses on building scalable systems that simplify complex workflows - helping buyers, agents, and inspectors move faster with greater clarity and confidence.
Lawrence Liew
Co-founder
Lawrence is a seasoned property professional with a strong background in both real estate and financial analysis. Before entering real estate, Lawrence worked as a Chartered Accountant at the Serious Fraud Office and as a property manager, giving him a unique blend of analytical rigor and practical market insight.
He is a top-performing agent with Bayleys Real Estate Ltd in Howick, Auckland, recognised repeatedly in the Top 5% of Bayleys Salespeople thanks to his consistent performance and results.
His firsthand experience working closely with vendors, buyers, and inspection professionals gives him a clear view of the inefficiencies in traditional report processes - insight that directly shapes and strengthens Reloops’ mission to modernise how inspection information is shared across the market.
